Welcome to Strata. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the "Site"). Please read them carefully before placing an order or otherwise using the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing, creating an account, or purchasing from Strata, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, so we encourage you to review this page periodically.

2. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We work hard to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, difficulty ratings, and pricing for our 3D wooden puzzle kits are accurate and up to date. However, mistakes can happen.

  • We do not warrant that product descriptions, photos, or other content on the Site are error-free, complete, or current.
  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including after an order has been submitted — and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
  • If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, technical, or pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, and refund any amount already charged.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order — it is simply confirmation that we received it. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Product or pricing errors
  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
  • Inventory or stock limitations
  • Issues identified by our fraud prevention systems

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Once a puzzle kit has shipped, please refer to our separate Shipping & Returns Policy for information on returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise stated.

  • You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information you supply is accurate and current.
  • We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely; Strata does not store full payment card details on our servers.
  • Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed prior to final checkout.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to the Strata name, logo, product designs, photography, text, graphics, and website layout — is the property of Strata or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent. Limited use for personal, non-commercial purposes (such as sharing a product photo with proper attribution) may be permitted, but commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Uses

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

  • Use any automated system, bot, or scraper to extract data, pricing, or content from the Site without our express written permission
  • Engage in fraudulent activity, including using stolen payment information or falsifying your identity

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable law. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
